Our Delivery is handled by an external courier company. We ship to any location in Sri Lanka.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Period
Books ordered before 3 pm on a working day will be delivered within the next working day.
Eg: If you order a book on Friday before 3 pm, it will be delivered on Monday.
If the book is ordered on Monday 8pm, it will be delivered on Wednesday.
Books ordered on Monday before 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
We DO NOT undertake same day delivery
Payment Methods
Payments can be done through Credit Card (Sampath Payment Gateway), Mcash, Sampath wishwa online transfers, and bank deposits.
Returns
We strive to maintain excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. We guarantee optimal condition of every book delivered to the customer as each item will only be dispatched after thorough examination.
If the book(s) is damaged or contains misprints, please contact us for a refund of the cost borne by you.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please return the item directly to us within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.
Expographic Books Pvt Ltd will also refund shipping costs if such costs are applicable and the return was a result of an error on the bookseller's. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of the bookseller, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including the return shipping cost).
If you purchase though a credit card, funds will be deposited back in your credit card. Once your refund has been credited, we will send you confirmation of the refund via email.
